Hi guys, I'm planning to upgrade my VGA to HD7970
I'm using the FSP Blue Storm Pro 500W 80 plus bronze, is it enough to run this card? or I need to upgrade my PSU too?

You'll be near the limit.

Look up the power draw for all the parts in your system, including whether your CPU is overclocked or not, on the Extreme Power Supply Calculator.

Google it, and use the free version. It's very comprehensive and will give you a good recommendation.
