MSI 6670

Some of these games might not run that well on your setup but the question has been answered. If you don't know much about tweaking the quality settings you'll want to learn. Run FRAPS to monitor the frame rate while tweaking.

I used to use RadeonPro. There's a neat feature that allows you to run a game at HALF VSYNC so you can aim for 30FPS. Works like THIS:
1. Tweak the quality settings so you get above 30FPS at least 90% of the time (with VSYNC OFF if possible)
2. drag EXE file for game to RadeonPro to add it
3. select the HALF VSYNC method.
4. Verify game is locked to 30FPS.

Some people prefer to disable VSYNC which causes screen tearing but less sluggishness. In that case I suggest aiming for 40FPS on average.

Don't install any HD Texture Packs for Skyrim.
