Is the MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) a good motherboard.

so here is my story,
I asked my cousin to buy me the fx 6300 (i know its an am3+ but don't judge :p)
and i'm gonna buy the motherboard cause my cousin can only afford the fx and the only available am3+ mobo in my city is the MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) and i was wondering if it is good for my purpose, won't be overclocking, just regular stuff and some medium to heavy gaming and oh p.s i don't want to buy online for personal reasons :p.thanks :D

More about msi 760gm p23 good motherboard
  1. If no overclocking it is as good as any other.
  2. No, its bad, and likely to fail with anything more than a 4300 in it...

but i read on the msi website that it can support up to any am3 and am3+ that are 95w.

Yep that is the limit no more than 95 watt and no overclocking.
  5. So should i buy it and my cousin is gonna come in november but i'm not worried cause the shop i'm gonna buy from is really slow and just not many people are gonna buy from my city cause everything is just too old the newest processors are only intel and the most high end from amd is the a8 5600k and the phenom II x4 905e which is the price of an i5 sandy bridge LOL! (the phenom)
