Emulators?! Where are they?

Well i was looking for old console and game systems emulators... i couldn't find anything that would seem "legit"...
I guessed some of you guys know better than me about that so here i am!

Emulators are perfectly legal, per the BLEEM case. As is making your own personal copies of the system BIOS and ROM/Disk images under the Fair Use clause.

Downloading ROMS you do not already own is blatantly illegal.

Downloading ROMS for games you currently own is a legal grey area; seriously, pay the money to get the backup kits and disk image software.

Now that the legal mumbo-jumbo's out of the way:

For each system, these are the best emulator choices:

NES: Nestopia, FCEUGX
Genesis: Fusion, Gens/GS
SNES: BSNES*, SNES9x (*BSNES merged into the Higan project)
N64: Project 64 2.1, 1964, Mupen64Plus
PSX: PCSX Reloaded, EPSXE...

nope, I'd like to disagree :D
also, you can legally have a copy of a ROM you own as a personal backup...

as for the systems - my personal favourites>
nes> nestopia
snes> zsnes or snes
gb/gbc/gba> visualboy advance
nds> no$gba
n64> 1964
sega> kega
arcade> mame or winkawaks
psx> epsxe
psx2> pcsx2

you can look for more at their official sites :D
also, some of them (psx2) require official bios - but also provide the tools to rip one off your console :D
