New CPU:
Intel Core i5-4670K

And the Motherboard:

Old Motherboard:

CPU:
AMD Phenom II X4 955
Deneb 45nm Technology
RAM:
8,00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 2666MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard:
MSI 870A-G54 (MS-7599) (CPU1)
Graphics:
BenQ G2420HD (1920x1080@60Hz)
1023MB GeForce GTX 560 Ti (CardExpert Technology)
Hard Drives:
932GB Western Digital WDC WD10 EZRX-00A8LB0 SATA Disk Device (SATA)

Solution
If you are planning to overclock that is a nice chip. I would suggest an Asrock z77 Extreme 4 for motherboard. I have one and it has been great for the nearly year and a half I have had it. The price has recently dropped on it as well. If you are not going to overclock, then I would suggest going with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117286&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

It is basically an i7 an i5 like price. It lacks IGP and has a low TDP, so it runs cooler as well.

Yeah, I was going to go for the 760, but a friend of mine told to wait for the "next-gen of games", so I have still not decided if I'll buy it not.

Go for the 760, it's way better then your current 560Ti
Also look at the ivy bridge i5-3570K, you may be able to find it and a Z77 MoBo for less money than their haswell counterparts. That'll help you sink more cash into your gpu.

The difference between ivy and haswell isn't enough to warrant the additional cost imo

Sooo, I'll get a MSI Z77A-GD55 and an intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge?

Instead of the current ones I'm considering getting, right?

These will last atleast up to 5 years, right?

AMD's new GPUs launch tomorrow...and they are going to blow the doors off the GTX 7XX series cards...I would get one of the new AMD GPUs.

Projections show the new HD 9970 will beat the GTX Titan in many games...so something like the HD 9850 or 9870 would be well within your money range and be significantly better than a GTX 760.

All, I will say is that there are "leaked" benchmarks floating about for the R9-290XT card...you might want to look at those...
