i was in the same situation i had a 350w hp psu and needed a gpu for the system and the best i could find that uses low power and does not need and pci power connectors was the radeon 7750 around £80 or $120 :)

I have a desktop and a laptop. I am talking about my desktop. I can no longer game on my laptop cause it has some cooling issues.
