drive locked in bitlocker but the newly installed windows ultimate doesnt have bitlocker

i had encrypted one drive with bitlocker.. then due to a virus attack i had my windows installed again.. new windows is windows ultimate.. it doesnot have bitlocker..perhaps a pirated version:(..i have the old bitlocker key and password but the new windows doesnot have bitlocker so i cannot open my drive..if somebody can help me out...i will be greatfull

You are out of luck on multiple levels:

1. A valid Windows 7 Ultimate does include Bitlocker. That is probably it's only advantage over Win 7 Pro.
2. So, as you say, it is probably a pirated version. Only you know where you got it from.
3. But as it is probably pirated, we can not and will not assist with it in here.
Obtain a valid copy, and then we'll see.
