Put these commands in your Arma 3 launch shortcut. For example, your command line can look like this:

I was reading this link http://arma3gameservers.net/index.php/2013/03/11/arma-3-video-settings-optimization-guide/ and it say to put the commands into the shortcut but I don't know where to find where to put them in can anyone help me

Right click your shortcut for Arma 3 and go to Properties. They go in the Target box after the exe location. Using my Dishonored shortcut for an example:

"H:\Program Files (x86)\Dishonored\Binaries\Win32\Dishonored.exe" -commandgoeshere -andhere -etc
