I am building my own PC desktop for web/graphic design and also doing simple works by After Effects and Premiere. Although I'm not very pro on video editing, however I prefer to build a PC that supports it.

As far as I researched, HDD and Graphic Card are the main roles in video editing. So do you think are my chosen components good enough?
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB
1TB 7200RPM (32mb Cache) S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s

Here is the full spec:
Intel Core i7 4770
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
16GB Corsair 1866mhz Vengeance Pro
Samsung 120GB 840 SSD S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
Power Supply: 850W Corsair TX V2

Thanks for your post. I thought about 7950 3GB but as its price is the around GTX 760 2GB, so I thought maybe it is not as power full as NVIDIA is. But what do you think? I dont have much knowledge about graphic cards.

Actually they are pretty much the same, but with Nvidia you can sli them fluently unlike AMD's crossfire. I would go with this one:
