hi, i have a lenovo g780 laptop and lately it's been weird. it'll work fine, until the screen suddenly started going black and it would forcefully go to sleep. i press the power button and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. it responds when i press it with the light of the power button but, my computer will just not get out of sleep mode. sometimes it will, but if it doesn't i have to yank the battery out to turn it off, and then after that the power button will not work right away, it takes me a minute to let it rest before it will turn back on. i called lenovo and they said it might be an energy program malfunction- which i removed. my computer worked for about twenty minutes before it went back to the black screen and sleep mode.
the battery light is still on, the power light pulsates and will stay on as long as my finger is on the button, but it wont do anything.
help please???
