Current PC build:

I currently have a XFX pro series 450w in my current potential build:

I have been considering stretching my budget to allow for a 7850:

Will that psu be able to handle the 7850 if I do go for it, or will I have to change it?

Solution
Yes, a good 400w can handle a 7850, i have a 7850 in a rig running off a corsair cx430 just fine, your current supply is more than adequate.
