My first mid range gaming desktop build, just wanted to check with everyone to see if it's good enough/compatible.

I'm looking to spend around 1000 USD, my main concerns are the power supply compatibility and if the motherboard is good enough.

Here are the parts I'm looking at:

Motherboard: ASUS Z87-PLUS LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel

It all looks compatible.
If you want to overclock, you should add an aftermarket CPU cooler. If you dont want to, save a few bucks by getting the non-K version of the CPU.

Cooler Master V series only
XFX
Rosewill (very good reviews in new egg)
