Hey
I resently board a gtx 770 with 4gb vram. But this new graphic card is really slow compared to the stuff online that I have seen. And I checket the drivers and all other stuff that could affect it. And the only thing is the motherboard. Can a motherboard be to old for the newer graphic cards and slow them down?
And if yes, what motherboard would you recommend me?

Specs:
CPU: i5 3.33Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 770 4gb vram OC
Motherboard: (I don't know but before the 770 there was a 2D graphic card in it)
Ram: 16 gb
SSD: 120 gb
Hard drive: 250 gb
PSU: 700W

Yes but can the PCI affect the performance of the graphic card. Because the gtx 770 has a PCI 3.0 and I'm pretty sure the motherboard dosn't. So that affect the performance?
