What do you want to do with it? Is it meant for gaming, just as a monitor, watching movies etc.?
and how many inch monitor do you want to have?

Gaming. 19-21 inches is fine. I'm using my TV currently, and I need it for other things now.

I should go for an monitor with low response time. Asus has many, but I don't know if they have some in your price category
