My new keyboard only works in the front USB port

I just received my new Coolermaster TK Quickfire keyboard, but I have one problem - it will not work if it is plugged into any port other than the one on the front. Other than that, it works flawlessly. What are your suggestions? :)

Thank you for the response. My keyboard works perfectly on the USB just below the one that it doesn't work on, so I am content with that. As long as it works, I am happy. Best regards, fella.
