Hey I am looking for a good decent price graphics card that will work perfect for what I want to do, my pc specs are 8gb g skull ram, i5 dual core cpu and I currently have a gtx 560 gpu. I am stuck on what would work best for me or if I need to upgrade my cpu instead of gpu or both?

BF3 needs greater than a GTX770 to run at maximum quality and maintain 60FPS, however a less expensive card can still maintain 60FPS and look great at slightly lower settings.

Your dual-core is problematic though as BF3 can be quite demanding especially in Multiplayer but reliable data is difficult to find. What I could do is disable all but two cores but I'm too lazy.

I'm NOT saying you need to upgrade your CPU. What you decide on totally depends on how much you want to BUDGET.
$260 - MSI GTX760
$480 - MSI GTX760 + i5 (i.e. quad-core i5-3570K if socket 1155)
$620 - Asus GTX770 + i5

RECORDING:
If you mean video streaming/recording of gameplay then this feature is coming to NVidia GTX600/700 series cards in the form of Shadowplay any week now with minimum system impact (5% or lower).
