After trying to upgrade to a new vid card I had to put in a new power supply for said vid card and since the new power supply I get nothing but a black screen. I've changed the mb and cpu now everything is and should be compatible. I set everything back to the way it was before and it still does nothing.
Mb is an Msi A55M-P33 Amd Fm1 Chipset 32g Ddr3 memory
AMD A6 2.7g 4mb Fm1 socket cpu
Asus Radeon Hd 7770 1g Gddr5 PciE 3.0
450w Power supply
8 gig ddr3 memory

As I'm looking at all this I am noticing the Vid card I got has ddr5 memory will this effect compatibility? If so even when I remove said vidcard and plug into the onboard it still won't work.

Solution
Seems like a very unbalanced system, 16GB ram with an FM1 based A6 processor?

anyway, is your monitor plugged into the back of the graphics card NOT the motherboard slot?

It can hold up to 16g of ram but currently has 8 two 4 gig sticks. Sorry about that. Yes I have tried using both with the vidcard installed and monitor in it and the vidcard out and plugged into the on board.
