Service pack 1

I'm currently running windows 7 service pack 1. Should I upgrade to service pack 2? Is there any specific way to do so? Thanks

Windows Update.
Which you should have on anyway. If not to install the updates, but at least to check for new updates. Which happen monthly.

There is no service pack 2 for W7.

Oops. Yes, you are correct. No SP2 for Win7.
