It is old and slow.

But to change it, you need a new motherboard. And new RAM. And a new GPU, PSU, etc, etc.
Basically, a whole new PC.

i have ASUS motherbord DDR3 1333 o.c it is too old

yeah... 3.2ghz was about the top side for those old P4s... you won't get a better chip without getting a new MB/RAM with it.
