Ive seen other forums on this but havent seen my exact problem, when i turn the computer on it gives me that message, i press the buttons to restart it reboots and then says it still, some people say use the repair disk or use the cd.

I got my windows through school so all I have is it on the cd so it didnt come with a repair disc or anything to download.

I also tried calling MS to see if they could help me with it over the phone but they waant me to pay 140...

Solution
Download a Windows 7 image of the exact same version from HERE, burn it to a DVD and use it for the startup repair that you need to do.

You can also do it from a USB stick using the Windows image and the tool from HERE.
