Which motherboard would be the better choice?

Between these two products.

Would it be worth to buy the more expensive mobo?

Intel core i5-4670
Radeon HD 7950

At some point, I will be using crossfire and I may use a dual or triple monitor setup.

  1. I will never get the BioStar motherboards, you will be much better off buying something from ASUS, EVGA, MSi, or AsRock. I also recommend an i7-4770k and gtx 770 or 780 for pushing up to triple monitors.
  2. I'll jump in with Nuclear101, I won't touch BioStar mobos (or MSI), both have poor QC, Look to Asus, the Rock or GB for a mobo

I have to agree with the above posters about BioStar not being on par with ASUS, Gigabyte and ASRock. I also have to agree with Tradesman about MSI. Everyone has their budget though and BioStar is good enough to have survived for over 20 years so they're not horrible like JetWay or

Between those two boards, the only real difference I can see is that the more expensive of the two has 3 video card slots instead of two. Since you obviously are on a tight budget to even consider BioStar, I can safely assume that you're not planning to run three video cards (or even two for that matter) and in your position, I would take the cheaper one.
