Which motherboard would be the better choice?

I have to agree with the above posters about BioStar not being on par with ASUS, Gigabyte and ASRock. I also have to agree with Tradesman about MSI. Everyone has their budget though and BioStar is good enough to have survived for over 20 years so they're not horrible like JetWay or Foxconn...lol

Between those two boards, the only real difference I can see is that the more expensive of the two has 3 video card slots instead of two. Since you obviously are on a tight budget to even consider BioStar, I can safely assume that you're not planning to run three video cards (or even two for that matter) and in your position, I would take the cheaper one.
