Sorry that It doesn't include the link(s) Will this build be able to play games like ArmA 2 TESO and Rome Total War in 1080p at medium settings 2x antialiasing at at least 30 fps? (I know that i didn't include an OS or peripherals)

Looks like a solid budget build. The GPU is a bit on the low end side, but money is tight.

I have a Corsair Cabide 200r case and it's awesome.

For Arma2, at least, at 1080 you ought to be ok: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2012/02/15/am...

It should do just fine. Maybe upgrade to 8 or at least 6GB of RAM.

Nothing. You'll literally never see the difference. There are a thousand things that come to play determining rig performance before 1333 vs 1866 RAM, in my opinion. If you like the RAM you chose, just get it.

and ddr3 1866 because it's highest supported officially by that processor. that is in order to get optimal performance out of processor.
