Is this a good build for the price? (Gaming Build)

this is going to be my first build so please help me with the parts list. I will be playing games like Watch Dogs, Crisis 3, Battlefield 4, CoD Ghosts, and most next gen games

this is what I am thinking of building as of now.

You can look up a lot of games here. Just search the game and then input your cpu and gpu, then ram and screen size settings where/when it asks and it will estimate how well you can play. It isn't perfect but it's a good start when you're thinking about these things
