Hey Guys!

I'm building a PC soon and was just looking at some case fans to keep it cool... Here is my case:

Also, here is some fans I've been looking at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103052

but I don't quite understand each spec... So:

What does each spec mean and how will it effect the performance of the fan? (Will it be quieter, move more air, etc.)

What are the best case fans and why?

LOL, Can I adjust the LEDs on the fans that come with the case I'm buying to be red?

I'm not looking for the most extreme cooling option, just something to keep my PC relatively cool. Will be cooling an i7 4770k with either a Hyper 212 EVO or a decent water cooling (any recommendations) hoping to get around 4.3 Ghz (by adjusting Turbo, not Base clock frequency).

Thanks guys! Any advice/tips/knowledge is appreciated

Fan Size 120mm : 120mm square outer frame
Bearing Type Sleeve : Sleeve is more quiet than ball(at a cost to run time. many companies have made custom sleeve based designs that last very long too), but many users try to not use them sideways(I have done it), Good for front and back of the case
RPM 1200 RPM±10% : how many times per minute(1200, but can be as slow as ~1080 or as fast as ~1320[it will not slow and speed up, just may be within 10 percent of its 1200 rating]. With a fan controller slower speeds are possible) the motor turns the blade. lower numbers are quieter, but are not as powerful. 1200 is a pretty standard speed for fans that are not overly loud. Other factors effect quietness as well
Air Flow 44.73...
You really dont need to worry about the fans as long as they arent powering water coolers, or if noise bothers you. Almost all fans are quiet, and work well enough. As for the leds, if you want the case to be red, I would buy red fans, as you can add leds but it tends to not work the best. I would buy a few of these, included leds, they also cool better than the ones you linked. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103091

Air Flow 44.73 CFM : How much air it moves. rated in cubic feet per minute. Higher is better, but static pressure plays a role on cpu coolers or restricted situations. Many fans do not always deliver the rated cfm even in free air, but still better than nothing
Noise Level 19.1 dBA. How loud it is(20dba is quite quiet), again, companies tend to overstate or measure at a farther distance(19bda at 2000 rpm must be taken further way then the 1200 rpm fans).
Power Connector 3 Pin : Standard 3 pin header with ground(negative) positive and speed sense(tachometer) connector. Some fans have a 4th pin to allow a different method of controlling the fans speed.

You can ask for the best fans and get many answers as everyone hears things a bit different and has different expectations. I personally like the fans Noctua makes, but they cost as much as 3-4 other fans(or more for cheaper fans) so I only recommend them for certain users. You can get nearly as good(performance to noise ratio) out of much cheaper fans.

For the leds The user above has about the best way to do it. or find a case with red ones :)
