I'm copying my lightroom catalogue files and preview backups over to a new SSD from a standard 7200rpm drive. The SSD is on SATA3 with AHCI setup. The hard drive I'm copying from is on SATA2.
The write speeds I'm getting to copy the files is showing around 5mb/s. Is there an issue with my drive or is something not setup properly?

Also, this is a brand new install, the only thing really on the drive is the OS.
