Need help with dying pc!

Ok so here's the story. My pc started freezing up sometimes with a loud buzzing, usually when playing video games and watching videos. Then I tried it only with each stick of memory and the failures continued. I did a fresh instal of win 7 and still nothing. I tried talking all the components apart and then it would not load past windows screen. Fresh installed again and now it is very laggy. When running programs the mouse lags across the screen. I think it's a hardware problem but I'm not sure which piece is the problem. My computer is only a year old.

Specs
60gb ssd
500 gb western digital
Gtx 670
Z77 asrock extreme 4
i5 2550k
700 w psu

Take out the graphics card. Check if problem persists. What is PSU brand?

It is a raid max 850w 80gold psu..the pc Is now to the point where it barely starts and is so slow I can barely install the mobo drivers, after the most recent conplete reinstall. What hardware could be the problem?

I changed the video out put to the on board mobo card. The computer is still unuseably slow. It used to be lightning fast.

So something is slowing down my pc now..I'm pretty sure it's either my mobo or my ssd. Do either of those usually contribute to computer lag when failing

Motherboard doesn't have graphics processor. Your integrated graphics is inside Intel processor chip.

If it's memory, you need to test with memtest. Make sure you test seperately and run at least 7 cycle for each RAM, so you do 2 x 7 = 14 tests.

If it's motherboard, it could be BIOS version. You may need to update. Warning: Update bios may void warranty. Check first with your motherboard manufacturer.

If it's your SSD, clean install windows by formatting SSD from BIOS first and then install windows from BIOS. If problem persists, might have to update SSD firmware/drivers.

If it's simply drivers problem, then make sure you have all the right drivers installed.

If it's power supply, just RMA get new replacement.
