For a clean install: Go into your BIOS ( restart your computer and while it's booting back up hold the Del key, though sometimes it's F1) set your CD/DVD ROM drive as first boot devices, press F10 to save and exit. Insert your Windows 7 disc and delete your current partition and install over the unallocated space. There are also tons of detailed guides i'm sure online for such a task.
