FPS' dramatically dropped at random GTX 760

GPU = MSI o/c gtx 760 2gb

Just recently my GPU has started to I guess not perform as well. I was playing War Thunder on Steam which is not very intensive so I average 90-120, 90 only when I get into a very GPU intensive phase like a battle with another airplane close to the terrain.

I played today and I'm getting a solid 60-70, it started out normal but began to decrease and decrease and decrease, going into 50 FPS when I'm in a GPU intensive situation.

My temperatures are usually at 72-74 after playing BO2 for an hour or so. With this game it's usually around 62, but Speccy said it was at 80!!!! but MSI afterburner said it was 62????
I don't know what to do or believe, I have the newest drivers etc.

60% usage suggests that the CPU is not keeping up. When you said it is usually around 62-64C, were you checking during those runs, or remembering old temps?

And what CPU usage % are you seeing. It would be most helpful to look at each core to see if one is hitting near 100%.

Says GPU usage is around like 60 MSI afterburner says.
My CPU is usually 62-64. 8320 OC'd to 4.1, evo 212

I agree it does lead towards bottlenecking of GPU by CPU after reading a lot, but instead of playing War Thunder I played Black Ops 2 today for 30 minutes or so. However my Black Ops FPS' were averaging 100-120 dropping down to the lowest of 80 something then shoots right back up within half a second. (not constantly more at random, but even then I don't believe my CPU is performing that bad. 8320 @ 4.0GHz.

CPU temps were around 57-62 (212 evo) I didn't check individual cores so I'm doing it now.
GPU temps were the same as full load 72-79 with usage at about 80-85.
