Yes, I know its an older processor, and probably be told just to buy a new and better one. Until then, I would like to try and squeeze as much out of it as possible before I get the money to upgrade.
I would like to be able to overclock in the 3.2-3.4 region if not higher, here are my specs:
Mainboard: Asus P5E3 Pro
Processor: Intel Q8400 Quad Core 2.666 ghz
Memory: A-Data DDR3 1600G 2GB DIMM PC3-10700U (x2)
G.Skill DDR3 2 GB PC3-12800U (x2)
8 GB total memory, max supported on board.
Liquid Cooling all in one system, Seidon 120 XL for the CPU.
Any help, suggestions, guides, anything at this point would be useful. I've read things about the MB Intelligent tweaker, but I don't that's available on Asus Mobos.
