Hello. I'd like to build a new rig from scratch. I've already decided on the following:
processor: i5 4670k
Video Card: EVGA GTX 760

Please bear with me as the pricing I will be asking for is in Philippine peso(PHP)
My budget is PHP40,000($900USD). With the above mentioned processor and video card, it leaves me with around PHP16,000 to work with on motherboard, memory, power supply, storage and casing. With the website I will supply below, can you please check if this is possible. I'm afraid that with this little budget I won't get the most out of the processor and video card because of low cost motherboard and other parts that won't fully support them and would probably be better off getting a lower next in line processor and video card. Looking forward to your advices.

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: Php40,000 ($900)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Photo Editing, MS Office, Movies

Are you buying a monitor:
No

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: http://www.tipidpc.com/useritems.php?username=PCHub ] PC Hub [/url]

Location: Manila, Philippines

Parts Preferences: Intel and Nvidia

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Yes in the future

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Rig will be used for Diablo 3, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Bioshock: Infinite and future titles.

Why Are You Upgrading: Currently Using Using GF's late 2011 mbp and she's worried I will break it soon as I use it all day, everyday for gaming lol.

Solution
So first. Are you going to OC CPU? If not then look Intel Xeon1230V2 / 1230V3 cpu.
If you ar not going to SLI video cards. Then you can go with cheaper MoBo.
Like this. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gab85hd3
Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 (for LGA 1150)

Since you want SLI in future. Then maybe best MoBo is
Gigabyte X-D3H or UD3H. Look price since you are on so tight budget.

GTX 760 is really good card. It do OC near as fast as the GTX 770.
If you look cheaper GTX 760 then good buy is Zotac. Here it is cheaper than EVGA and it do OC really well
+ it do comewith five year warranty. Big plus is that is really silent card.

Look new Amd cards too. I think release data is today?
If you go that way look 3GB memory cards.

For PSU look goodbrans like seasonic, rosewill capstone / lightning, XFX and so on.
For SLI you need good 750-850w PSU. Xoen use less wattage than 3570k or 4670k so bit smaller PSU can be used with that cpu.

Hope this did help :)

Thank you very much for the reply AxlFone but I am limited to the list of hardware avalable in the website that I provided which is PC Hub. I live in the Philippines so ordering online will be expensive for me. So will help to look and see what is available there and see if maybe I can pull off my good processor and video card combo with other cheap parts to go with it. I'm thinking that If other people tell me that my budget will be impossible then I'll consider a lower next in line intel processor that somebody can recommend that would go along nice with a EVGA gtx 650ti boost. But will still need advices on other parts to put with it from the webiste I provided.
