Hey, I am considering water cooling and wanted to know what you recommend.

Things to consider:

-280mm (preferably) or 240mm
-Reputable company who will replace parts if ish (or water) hits the fan (I heard Corsair replaces parts, but I also heard that they dont...)
-Reasonable budget (less than $150ish)
-Will replace fans with Noctua PWM for push/pull

Thanks!

280 mm fan, kraken x60 by NZXT, i have one in my system and its really quiet especially if you put the Noctua fans on it, it also has a nice desktop interference that comes included in it.

That's actually one of my top picks. How are they with customer service; in terms of replacing parts if QC wasn't on my side and I get a bad cooler, which leaks fluids on/ in my system?

I've never had a bad part from them for starters, lol, but from my friends that have they said that they are really really easy to deal with, and for the most part if something was to ruin your system from one of there products they would back up what was ruined by it (From what I've heard, however I've never personally dealed with them, like i said I've been replacing parts with there parts for a couple of years now, and I've never gotten a defective item from them. Even so, if you order thru newegg, then their customer service will cover it (if for some reason NZXT doesn't).

I think I am going to go with the Kraken.

Thank you so much for all your help. I wish I could select all of yours as answers, but I'll have to give this one to ddbtkd456!

You most likely have already bought what you wanted. My suggestion would be the Coolermaster Glacer 240l. It costs a bit more but is worth it. Also has the ability to expand for future custom loops when you feel more confident.
