NEW computer won't post, even after I replaced many components

Introduction
Ordered a new computer, pre-assembled. I put a HDD in it, tried to install Windows 7 through USB, and the installation stopped.
After about 10003948130 attempts to install Windows, after changing harddrives, changing USB sticks, changing Windows version installation still failed at "expanding files". Then suddenly... the computer didn't even POST.

Troubleshooting
Tried to reset CMOS through jumper AND removing the "clock" battery.

Still failed.

My parts at this point were:

ASRock Extreme3 970 Am3+ mobo
AMD FX-8150 CPU
4GB Corsair DDR3 1333mhz RAM
PowerColor HD7770 1GB GPU
Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD
550W unknown brand PSU

Replaced some parts to:

Gigabyte 970A-DS3P AM3+ Mobo
Gigabyte Radeon HD7950 3GB GPU
8GB Corsair DDR3 1600MHz RAM (2x4GB)*
Same processor
Same PSU
New barracuda HDD (1TB)

*Tried booting with just 1 stick, didn't work either

The computer STILL does not post. I can assure you the cables are properly connected.

Every component handled with extreme care.

Any thoughts?
