SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16gb not being recongised by computer

I have a 16gb USB and i will not get recognized by my computer every time i plug it in. Then i have to uninstall it and plug it out and plug it in to make it work. But the next time i plug it in it doesn't get recognized again and i have to repeat the process again.
Can someone please help me

Plug in the USD PD, bring up CMD, and type : chkdsk X: /f/r (X is the drive letter, yours may be different)

And always make sure to unplug the PD by safe removal procedure.

Sorry for the late reply. That means the PD is not recognized by the OS, in other words the OS can't see the drive. Try another system or another OS. If it works there then format it and you will be able to use it again.

Then only one way left is to format the WIN 7 OS, to let the PD work. Before formatting you can try to uninstall device(PD) from Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus Controllers/ expand / USB Mass Storage Device / right click / uninstall. Pull out the PD, and put it back, see if it works. But chances are less. And if any how you make it work then follow the command from my previous post to check the PD.

It worked after uninstalling USB Mass Storage Device. I tried chkdsk again and it worked and found no problems. BUT after ejecting the USB and putting it back in, it did not show up on my computer again.

This is the nature of PD's, one time it will work another time it won't. As I said earlier the problem is in the OS and not in the PD.
