For 500 watt you can SLI 760 and have a core i7 system. Everything ofc without oc. But companies usually ask for a bit more always in order to be sure.
About your PSU. Is this your PSU?
yes it would be fine, companies overrate what u acttualy need, so if they write on their site "minimum 500watt" most likely its 450 at most.
as long as ur PSU is from a decent company, you will be just fine.
My power supplly is a turbolink 500
i have never heard of that company before so i got a bit suspicious, but from googling it seems to be ok, i would suggest u google " turbolink psu" and see if people are writing if they are any good.
