Hey all. I have about 1000€ budget for a pc I want to build. I start from scratch. I have nothing but headphones. I was looking at close to 50 videos of reviews and compare. I also asked here for opinions on builds made. But I'm still puzzled. Could you please recommend Mobo+CPU+GPU setup. Please recommend only setups you have experience with future thinking towards BF4 (on ultra/high at above 60 fps) and hopefully the BF that comes after (on low with high fps). I would also like on every component an explanation why you choose it over others. Please please.
And thank you.

Hi,

For best CPU performance at the lowest price you will probably want to go with an i5-3570K. Generally speaking games can't utilize more than 4 threads anyway and the fps increase to an i7 is not worth the extra money you will spend, it's best to pour most of your money into the GPU.

For the GPU I would go with a Sapphire 7970 ghz edition card, it should be able to run BF4 on ultra at 60fps. Mine runs Crysis 3 with everything turned up to max apart from AA at 50 - 60fps. Also it offers better performance for the money than the Nvidia equivalent.

The motherboard is really up to you depending on what kind of ports you want etc, but the Asus maximus v formula is a good choice for any high end machine and offers the ability to upgrade to a crossfire setup, if when the next gen games come out you find you can't run them to you're liking.

Rich.

Ok first CPU Intel xeon 1230V3. It is faster than 4670k and runs cooler.
This chip you can NOT OC but it uses less wattage and it still do have HT + 8 Treads.
This is good for future.

Then MoBo. GIGABYTE GA-B85-HD3 or ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance
They are the best cheap MoBo's for LGA 1150 CPU.

Then memory. Take cheapest reliable 1.5V Cl 9 1600MHz memory you can find.
G.skill , Crucial , Corsair.

Powersupply. Super Flower Golden Green or Seasonic (XFX) , Corsair new RM are solid good Powers.

Now video card. GTX 760 or better. You can look older cards like 670 or 680 if you find cheap deal.

SSD is must new pc. So take one. Samsung ultra plus is cheap and fast enough SSD.
256GB is better choice thansmall 120GB. More room is better It do not come up full so fast.

HDD WD blue or seagate barracuda are good realible ones.

Then you just need case and dvd if you use one. No one really uses DVD or other optical drives anymore.

here is build I made in mindfactory.

Then you may need windws. Look where you can find cheap 7 or 8
I have not find cheaper than this.

If you want save do not take the cpu cooler. Save is 36 € and you can buy it later if like more silent build.

Monitor you can pick up self? Good ones are Asus, BenQ , Dell look cheap deal IPS panel 1080p monitors. 23-24"

Sure you can find cheap keyboard and mouse.
Did you need something more? :)  Good luck :)

I was thinking 760 was best in this budget. It turned out that 7970 fit in budget.
Good that you have windows.
Corsair is good case. Xeon is xeon. Its like i7 for a price i5.
Here you may find out more how xeon works.
This LGA 1155 test but not much difference LGA 1150 cpu.
