explorer crashes every second

hello,
i have a windows 8 pro 64 bit on my pc. just today everything worked fine when windows explorer started to crash and reload every second. how to solve this?

Might try booting into safe mode and see if problem persist, if it doesn't run MalWareBytes to see if it's Malware .... if it does continue, try going to a command prompt as Administrator and run SFC /SCANNOW this is Win's System File Checker, it will check for corrupted files and replace them
