Help me choose between GA-970A-DS3P and GA-990FXA-UD3 for gaming

CPU AMD Phenom X4 965 BE
Graphics card GTX 550Ti
HD 3 nos. WD Caviar Black 1TB each.
Need support for USB 3
OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
RAM needed is 8GB
Main game is company of heroes 2.

I would personally say go for the 990FXA. If you ever plan to SLI/Crossfire down the road for other games, the 990FXA is capable of PCIE 2.0 16x/16x, whereas the 970 is only capable of 8x/4x when both slots are taken. (incompatible with SLI/Crossfire)

It's a bit more future-upgradeable than the 970, if you plan on doing any changes later on.
