Im building a pc and am budgeting 250-300 for a graphics card. I want to be able to run
battlefield 4 on high at 60 fps.

I have a 3D asus VG248QE so nvidia would be nice but isnt necessary.

I don't think you could hit high @ 1080p with a constant 60FPS with that budget. You also will not find a 770 in that budget. The HD 7970 would be your best bet right now, and it will do a fine job at 1080p. However, I recommend waiting until AMD's next gen cards, which are going to be announced today. They may offer better bang for buck.

i would get a GTX 760 it will be able to handle bf4 on high at 50-60 fps just fine. I personally prefer the gigabyte model of the 760 because i have always found gigabytes windforce cooler to be the most effective, and with GPU boost 2.0 lower temps means higher performance.
Keep in mind that the CPU you have will affect your performance somewhat.
