Hi! I'm going to buy some ram to my new build. Boht of them are dual channel 8gb. My question is which is better? I don't know anything about the latency, but again which is better?

Thank you

The lower the CAS latency the better. If they are the same price, and same latency, grab the Sniper series, because it has a higher speed.

You may see more benefit from a lower latency. What do you plan on using the PC for?

I think a lower CAS latency will be more beneficial. The difference between 1600MHz and 1866MHz RAM will be minimal with a dedicated GPU, but a lower CAS latency will reduce render times.
