That said , I play at 1920x1080 and use second monitor just when I'm using productivity.

What I want to buy , the list so far

MY questions are:
1 - Should i use 2 of my old rams on my new build?
2 - Yes i want to overclock will my cooler fit?
3 - PLEASE any advice on the components is very welcome :)

And i'm live in Brazil find hardware is not that easy even buying online and order from a dealer in another country is out of questions the taxes will cost me my liver.

Really thanks everyone for the help

Solution
i will not be able to cover the whole issues of curse.

your current RAM is better than the one you are willing to buy, a 8GB CL9 is better than a 16GB CL10. (in near future gaming you will never go over 8GB of RAM usage).

and about upgrading the CPU and Mobo, do you currently have issues with the ones you have? if not, i would wait a little and see the new AMD products, the advertised numbers are very promising and cheap, and then if you didn't like these new AMD products you can upgrade to these parts you've suggested, they are very nice.
Plus if you delay the Mobo and CPU upgrades, you will be able to get better GPUs (2x 770 for example).
