I currently have this upgrade path in mind:
I7 4770 (non k )
Z87X-UD3H/UD4H
16 GB of corsair vengeance Ram @ 1600 Mhz
Well, I thought about doing something different instead:
FX 8350
some cheap 100 dollar motherboard ( I heard they are cheaper than the intel motherboards)
which will give me 300 extra dollars to invest into an HD 7950
And if I have leftover money I can get 4 more GB of ram at 1333 Mhz to match my current 4 GB
I do heavy video editing, and am planning to livestream, I know that the FX 8350 is better for livestreaming than the I7 but the I7 is better for video editing and such.
If I go with the FX 8350 i'll get a third party cooler a bit later and overclock it.
My current GPU is the HD 6850 and it's struggling with fraps greatly.
if I'm not going to get the GPU now I'll have to wait another year before getting it.
Help deciding would be appreciated.
