I´m getting a new pc, building it by myself. i have this components for an initial idea but will like to improve it at least a little bit because a don't have lots of money.

Specs for initial set up:

Processor : Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.5 GHZ 8 MB Cache BX80646I74770K

Motherboard: Intel BOXDZ87KLT75K Chipset-Z87 LGA-1150 32Gb DDR3-1600MHz SATA Motherboard

Ram:Kingston HyperX Beast 16 GB Kit (2x8 GB) 2400MHz DDR3 PC3-19200 Non-ECC CL11 DIMM XMP Desktop Memory KHX24C11T3K2/16X

Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive ST1000DM003

Graphics: MSI NVIDIA GeForce GT 640, 4GB 128-Bit DDR3, HDMI, DL-DVI-D, VGA, PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card N640-4GD3.........or

EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2765-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2765-KR

Power: Thermaltake Power Supply 240-Pin 800 Power Supply TR-800P

I´m thinking of change the processor for an intel xeon E5, maybe two of those, i know its very expensive but if i could, whats components are compatible or what set up i should get?

wish i have the money to get a boxx technologies workstation.

Thanks!!

A single lga2011 ivy-e chip would be a good compromise between the 4770k and more expensive multi cpu solutions. If you are willing to spend that kind of money, I would look at those.

3930k + LGA 2011 MB.

Go to www.pcpartpicker.com select the 3930k and it will only show you compatible MBs.

Also, you'll want 2 SSD drives around ~250 GB to go with your normal HDD, and you'll want a much better class of GPU for professional rendering, like a FirePro V7900, for example.

For only $10 more, I would go with the 4930k. It will have a bit better performance and worth the extra cost.
