Concerned about PSU capacity

My question is... Is the PSU I have chosen enough to power my build, even under a full load? When I used asus' wattage calculator, they had suggested I use at least 700w...

Yes more than enough. The Asus calc is way off this is much better http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
A system with a single GTX760 calls for 500watts. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Asus power calculator is a bit too conservative. Your "gold" psu will probably work for you. Still 700-750 watts wil give you more room to upgrade your pc
