New x79 motherboard?

OK, so I'm having major trouble with my Gigabyte x79-UP4. After a bios update, every time it boots, it goes into the bios config. The screen saver doesn't work anymore, and the keyboard won't work unless I unplug it and plug it back in every time to boots into Windows. Gigabyte support has been absolutely no help. They haven't even responded to my email after 3 days. On top of that, they have rendered their boards incapable on stepping back bios versions. (How idiotic!)

So, I've decided to get a new motherboard. I already have a great processor, a 3930k, and 1 32GB memory kit, so I'm not looking to replace those. I just need a new board. I figure a budget of $300-400 would be good. I need it to fit my GTX680, Sound Blaster Z, and Broadcom 5709C PCIe x4 NIC. I would like to keep the possibility open of adding a second GTX680 some time later. Also, I do not intend to add any more memory, so a board having only 4 memory slots would be fine.

What I've been thinking about are these:

1. Asus new x79 Deluxe
2. Asus x79 Sabertooth
3. Asus P9X79 Pro

I'm mainly an Asus fan, but this board was a special deal with the processor for $499 and the board for $259 with an extra $50 off with the package deal, so I went for it. I'm willing to entertain other manufacturers, but NOT Gigabyte, Biostar, Foxconn, or ECS, EVER. (I used to consider Gigabyte a possibility, but their quality and support have been pretty bad over the last couple years, and this incident is the last straw. I no longer consider them a viable choice.)

I'm willing to pay a bit extra for quality. Any suggestions?

That sucks to hear you are having those issues with the board. Looking toward a new one I see that you are looking in the ASUS 270-350 area, is there anything in particular that you are wanting in these boards or something to that effect? I would personally suggest the MSI X79A-GD45 Plus as it would fit the bill for what you described. In addition to that you get good service ( I have had good experiences with them when I needed some help with my notebook), as well as saving over the ASUS models. If you are looking for the OC type of board then XPOWER II would be a good fit. I also think that you might like the Multi-BIOS feature as well ;)

I should have put in that I'm using a Coolermaster XB case, so that Xpower II won't fit. Sorry. I also have 4 SSDs that I would prefer to put on 6Gb controllers, which I assumed would be on any x79 board, but that GD45 doesn't have any extra 6Gb ports. I hate to reject both suggestions, but these won't quite fit what I need. Thank you anyway.

How about the Asrock x79 Fatality? I couldn't find any decent reviews, but it looks like a good layout. It needs a NIC since the onboard NIC doesn't support jumbo frames, and the extra SATAIII controllers aren't anything special, but otherwise it looks good. Any known issues with it?
