Need help about PCI-E 3.0 Bus Interface.

Hi friends
I'm using Gigabyte geforec GT 640 2-GB 128-Bit GPU

Mobo is Gigabyte B75M-D3H.

Both have PCI-E 3.0 bus interface.
But In GPU-Z its Showing (Bus interface:pCI-E 2.0 X16 @ X16 2.0.
i did the render test but value remains same.:(
GPU drivers are updated.
Mobo bios are updated.
Why its not showing 3.0 bus interface.
do i need to install something to boost it up to 3.0 interface

the 2600 does not have pci-e 3.0.

No worries. even a gtx 680 does not NEED pci-e 3.0 to perform to its full potential(ok maybe 0.5-1% difference).

you have NO need to change the cpu.
