Is this HD7970 supposed to look like this? bent??

My new HD7970 seems to be bent? This is it, out of the box and installed the day I received it.

I had a similar issue.

They do droop. The issue is the card it too heavy and only supported by two-three tiny screws on back face plate.

One possible solution. Where you have your PCI-E power cables, instead of routing them from the bottom, try routing them from the hole above instead, and pulling them a bit tighter. This should provide support for the otherside and help prevent drooping.

Just make sure the cables aren't pulled too tight.

It seems to work fine, The only problem i have encountered at all is sound cutting out on the steam big picture mode when it hooked up to my tv thru HDMI, the sound in games works fine. its only the big picture mode interface that has sound issues, once the game is launched everything seems good to go.
