Upgrading my pc for better gaming performance

I dont know what to upgrade on my pc.
I have about 200 euros (270 dollars) to spend.

Pc specs

cpu: Intel Core i3-2100 @ 3.10GHz
motherboard: asus p8h61-m le/usb3
RAM: 4gb ddr3 dual channel
Storage: western digital green 1tb
video card: asus geforce gt 430
power supply: aopen z350-08fc 350w peak
case: Aopen H425C

the gpu would give you the biggest bang for your buck... since you got a dinky little psu i suggest you go for a hd 7790... or hd 7850 or 650ti BOOSt. the 7850/650tiBOOST might be too much gpu for your psu... the 7790 should work just fine.

This PC build is not good or bad depending on what you plan to do with it...

If you plan to play Gmod, L4D2 and most MMO's. You should not have a issue however if you plan to play the latest titles. You have no chance of running them...

Well i run rome 2 total war on high and battlefield 3 on medium but i kind a want an increase
