My current build is:
Amd fx-8350 black edition (want to oc to around 4.5 ghz with around 1.4-1.5 v)
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 mobo
GTx 680
Corsair Vengence DDR3 2 4gb Sticks
1 ssd and 1 7200rpm drive
Avermedia Live Gamer HD
Water Cooling:
Pump: Swiftech MCP350
Rad: Swiftech MCR220-QP

I was thinking about getting the Corsair rm850 but dont know if that is too little or too much. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

I'd say 650W is plenty. 125W processor, 200W GPU, about 100W for cooler, 100W for rest of system (very conservative estimates) and you up with 525W. which is about 80% of 650. and 80% is the target you want for a PSU.

Even with the water cooling and oced processor?
Also, I plan on getting a Corsair 750D case and want to make sure the cables for the mobo are still long enough for me to tuck in the back of the case but still reach the top of the mobo.
