Is it safe to buy the Radeon HD 7990 because the new Catalyst driver has resolved the issue of frame stuttering? I play pc games with a 1920x1080 resolution and I was wondering if Frame Stuttering will affect my gameplay with this resolution using the HD 7990, will it?

I have looked at several benchmarks with the new drivers and everything looks good to me. I would go for it if that is the card you definitely want, you could also go for crossfire 7970s which is a little cheaper and will give you better performance.
