Yes, it is quite overpriced. Also, that liquid cooler is not good. A cheaper air cooler would cool better. Like a Coolermaster hyper 212 EVO.

You cannot overclock on that motherboard, so a K series CPU is stupid. Also, the stock cooler is more than fine if no overclocking.
